Do you agree to these terms by using the site?

You agree to these Terms of Use whenever you visit our website or submit a loan request through it. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the site and do not submit the request form.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Loan Instant Cash ("we," "us" or "our"). They work together with our privacy policy, which explains how we collect and share personal information, and our advertiser and lending disclosure, which explains how we are compensated. Both documents are part of these terms. Effective as of the date of publication on this page.

What service do we provide?

We provide a free online loan-request service that shares your information with independent third-party lenders and lending partners. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not charge borrowers any fee.

When you submit the form, we pass your request to lenders and partners that may be able to consider loans of $500 to $5,000. A lender that can work with your request may present an offer on its own website or by email, phone or text. You are under no obligation to accept any offer, and you may stop at any point without cost.

We do not set interest rates, fees or repayment terms, and we do not fund, service or collect loans. We are not an agent or representative of any lender and do not endorse any lender or loan product. Our step-by-step explanation of how the request process works describes the service in more detail.

Who is eligible to use the service?

To use the service, you must be at least 18 years old (or older where your state requires), a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and legally able to enter a binding contract. Lenders set additional requirements of their own.

Most lenders also require regular verifiable income, an active checking account in your name, a valid email address and phone number, and a Social Security number. Meeting these basic loan eligibility requirements does not mean any lender will approve you. The service is not available where prohibited by law, and lenders may not serve every state.

What are your responsibilities as a user?

You must provide accurate, current and complete information, submit requests only for yourself, keep your contact details up to date, and use the site lawfully. False or misleading information may lead to declined requests and possible legal consequences.

When you use the site, you agree not to:

  • Submit information about another person or use someone else's identity.
  • Submit requests for any fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Interfere with the site's security, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.
  • Use automated tools, bots or scrapers to access, copy or submit content without our written permission.
  • Copy, modify, distribute or resell site content except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules, and we may report suspected fraud to lenders and authorities.

How do third-party lenders fit into these terms?

Lenders and partners are independent companies, not part of our business. Each one makes its own credit decisions, sets its own terms, and is solely responsible for its offers, loan agreements, servicing and collection practices.

Any loan you accept is a contract between you and the lender, governed by the lender's agreement and the laws that apply to it. Read the full agreement, including the APR, payment schedule, fees, late-payment consequences and renewal policies, before you sign. Lenders may check your credit with soft or hard inquiries, verify your income and identity, and request documents.

We are not responsible for a lender's actions, omissions, rates, fees, decisions or communications, or for any dispute between you and a lender. Our network does not include every lender in the market, and we receive compensation from lenders and partners as described in our disclosure.

Will every request receive a loan offer?

We cannot promise that any lender will review your request, make an offer, or approve a loan, or that any offer will have particular rates, amounts or terms. Approval and loan terms depend entirely on each lender.

Several factors outside our control affect outcomes, including your state, credit history, income, existing debts and each lender's own policies on any given day. We also cannot promise how quickly a lender will respond or fund a loan. Many lenders deposit funds as soon as the next business day after approval and e-signature, but timing varies and is set by the lender and your bank.

What disclaimers apply to the site?

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," for general information only. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice, and we make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those the law requires.

We work to keep our guides accurate and label rates, payments and timing as estimates, but information may become outdated or contain errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Consider speaking with a qualified professional, such as a nonprofit credit counselor, before making a major financial decision.

How is our liability limited?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, any lender's conduct, or any loan you obtain through a lender.

Because borrowers pay us nothing, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or service will not exceed one hundred dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or information you submit that is false or belongs to someone else.

Who owns the content on the site?

We own or license all text, graphics, logos, tools and other content on the site, and they are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

No license is granted except as stated in these terms. Lender names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Which law governs these terms?

The laws of the State of Alaska and applicable federal law govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alaska.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us thirty days to try to resolve the matter informally. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Can these terms change, and how can you reach us?

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page, and changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Changes do not apply retroactively to a request you already submitted. If you have questions about these terms, please reach out using our contact page or the details below:
